The secret to making the most of the Holiday Season

To help you make the most of the holiday season, start by making a list of all of the things you’d like to do this year. Make an activities to-do list for the holidays! Those activities may look a little different this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find some last minute joy in 2020! Here are some ideas:

Bake cookies with the family– Do you have a favorite family cookie recipe? Have your kids help you bake some holiday cookies! Don’t forget to have fun with the icing and toppings!

Have a virtual gingerbread house making contest- Get on a zoom meeting with your entire family and see who can make the cutest gingerbread house! Have a fun prize ready to mail to the winner! This is a fun idea for those who won’t be able to see their family this Christmas.

Drive around and look at Christmas lights- This is another fun and safe activity you can do with your family. Pick a night, make some hot cocoa and drive around viewing all the uniquely decorated homes in your area!

Give back to those in need- There are so many families in need this year. If your family is in a position to offer your time or money this holiday season, choose a family or organization to give back to. Not only will you feel good, but you will be making someone’s Christmas special and full of the joy they deserve.

Give back to yourself- You deserve to reward yourself this holiday season! The only way to truly enjoy the holidays is by finding a way to truly relax. The best way to do that? By booking a massage! Give yourself the gift of relaxation so you can be fully present this Christmas!

Be kind to yourself and others this holiday season. We hope you all have a safe and wonderful Christmas! Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
